Skills/Qualifications
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting techniques
of PC hardware/software such as DOS 6.22, Windows 3.11 and Windows 95.
Experienced in the installation, configuration and utilization of commonly
used software applications. Experienced in utilzation of MSAV-Microsoft
Anti-Virus, MS Backup, SCANDISK and DEFRAG. Hardware training included
breakdown and inspection of PC's and overview of architecture, installation
and replacement of hard drives, configuration of CMOS and installation
of peripherals. Configures PC for Internet connection, set up E-Mail and
recieved training in FTP,WWW Browsers, HTML design as well as various Server-Centrex
network and Windows 95 peer-to-peer networking. Cabling with Ethernet,
Bus and Star Topologies.
